Can not delete default (as installed) banner media

Seems that as the admin I can delete other entries in the DB but not banner media. I get:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0046'
Permission denied
/adserver/verifydelete.asp, line 55
Any input is greatly appreciated.
