Can not delete default (as installed) banner media
I can edit all other function but deleting the banner media gives me the following error:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0046'
Permission denied
/adserver/verifydelete.asp, line 55
Any input is greatly appreciated.

Banner Not Unique If More Than One On Page Part 2
I realised too late that the actual version 3 has the problem [url=http://forum.aspcode.net/Default.aspx?g=posts&t=71]discussed before[/url]. As Stefan Holmberg seems to have no time to fix this problem I would like to ask if someone else could fix

flash banner click tracking
i did everything which are detailed on other topics
- ?cliktag= (so flash banner is rotating on page)
when open source file of page, link is OK after clicktag parameter
but never gives a link (not clickable)

HTML BANNER
Hi everybody,
When I use normal banner with GIF URL and I put on the browser the URL http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx/adserve.asp?B=yyy The banner appears whitout errors but when I use HTML BANNERS and put the URL that call the banner http://xxxxxxxxxxx/ads

Upgrade from version 2.x
Hello,
I would like to update from version 2 to version 3.02, but without loosing the data in the database.
What's the procedure?

Sounds like something is wrong in your database. Could you please check that
- zone.id is identity (autonumber)
- bannerfarm.id is identity (autonumber)
Having records in those tables with id -1 could cause just what you are experiencing.

Unable to insert, update, delete record from Database
Hi I setup the Admentor and i was able to run it and see all the link, but when i try to update any record, or delete, add .. iam unable to do so, it gives..

sorry, another wave of newbie questions ;) ...
How do I know that I'm running 3.02 ?
I know I am because I just altered the code for the banner title, but I can't find anywhere on the admin side where it gives me a version number.

Internal Server Error after install
Could be a lot of reasons
1. Try g_Admentor_strConnect="DRIVER={Microsoft Access Driver(*.mdb)};DBQ=C:\webroot\puzzlesdirect.com\web\admentor\db\db3.mdb"
i.e without Server.MapPath
2. Check so you (or more correctly IUSR_compname or whatever

Banner clicking - new window
Stefan, after some thought I changed the first line of your code from :
If sRedirUrl = "NONE" Then
to :
If ucase(oRS("redirurl")) = "NONE" or oRS("redirurl") = "http://" Then
So now the users can enter NONE, none or ignore the field if t

Few things that i noticed....
1. Yes I know that documentation could be better. In this particular example I think it's because I tend to think that you (the visitors downloading the software) has been using AdMentor forever - i.e "like always, the sqlfile is put in db-subdirect

Flash Banners don't work
Hi Stefan,
Sorry to bother you, but i was under the impression that Ad Mentor worked with Flash Banners.
If so, please tell me what am i doing wrong, because i can't seem to make a single flash banner work with this software, not even the demo
