category tree missing
Reason for this behaviour was usage of an apostrophe (') in a category name which resulted in errors in the generated html-code.
Removing "'" from the category name makes the category tree visible again.

Hosted version
We have met a demand for a hosted version of KBMentor so right now we are setting it up. The big advantage is that the system will be available even if your own system is down (it might therefore for example serve as "what-to-do-information" for you

Wheres the download
A loft of people has asked through the ticket system where the download is.
Answer: there is no trial version to download. We have changed model when it comes to our commercial scripts so the same goes for PicMentor and AdMentor PRO as well. Dem

New version delayed
The new version is slighly delayed. Now scheduled for launch at Wednesday 15 Match instead of tomorrow friday 10.

MySQL
Yes, it does.
And while we are at it, it doesn't use any specific features for the type of database/version of dtaabase - that is it does not for example use stored procedures if MySQL 5 is used.
